The All-Star break has arrived and the season will start to fly by.  The best teams in each division are starting to play like they should.  In the AL East, the Red Sox and Yankees rule.  In the AL Central, the Tigers are now where they belong, in first place. Over in the West, the Rangers are barely ahead of the surging Angels.  The NL East has the Phillies on top with the Braves right behind them.  The NL Central is a bit interesting, but the Brewers are in first for now.  Over in the West, the Giants have a three game lead over the Diamondbacks.  Let's take a look at the top 10 teams in this week's power rankings.

1. Philadelphia Phillies: They have the best record in baseball and dominate at home.

2. Boston Red Sox: The best offense in baseball and best record in the American League.

3. New York Yankees: They own the best run differential in baseball.

4. Atlanta Braves: Freddie Freeman is swinging a hot bat and Dan Uggla is showing some signs of life.

5. LA Angels: 14-3 over their last 17 games puts them in the division race.

6. Texas Rangers: Clinging to a 1 game lead over the Angels, have won seven in a row.

7. San Francisco Giants: Their strong pitching has them in the lead for the NL West title.

8. Tampa Bay Rays: Stumbling a bit and losing ground in the tough AL East. It doesn't get any easier as they host the Red Sox after the break.

9. St Louis Cardinals: Pujols is back and they're tied for the division lead.

10. Detroit Tigers: Justin Verlander has been amazing as they lead the AL Central.

On the bubble: Milwaukee Brewers, Cleveland Indians, Pittsburgh Pirates, Arizona Diamondbacks, NY Mets
